Terms of Service

Effective 2026-07-28 · HomeschoolTranscript.pro is operated by Archieboy Holdings, LLC. These terms incorporate the Archieboy Master Terms.

1. What the service is — and is not

HomeschoolTranscript.pro is document-preparation software for your own homeschool records. It organizes the course information you supply into a transcript, course descriptions, a school profile and a draft counselor letter. It is not a school, an accrediting body, or an admissions advisor, and nothing it produces is admissions advice or any guarantee of an admissions outcome. You remain the school of record: you are responsible for the accuracy of every course, credit and grade, for reviewing every document before submitting it, and for signing as counselor. Grades and credits are rendered exactly as entered; the service computes only the GPA and credit totals, on the scale you select and printed on the transcript.

2. Payment, regeneration, refunds

The application pack is a one-time purchase processed by Stripe. After payment you may regenerate the same student's documents while you proof them, within reasonable fair-use limits. If a generated document contains a defect we cannot correct through regeneration, we will refund the purchase in full — write to the support address below within 14 days.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to enter only information about students whose records you are entitled to keep, and never to use the service to prepare a record you know to be false. Course descriptions restate only what you enter — the service will never invent a text, activity, score or award, and marks gaps for you to complete instead. Signing as counselor is your act; signature lines are rendered blank by design.

4. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archieboy Holdings' aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the report giving rise to the claim.

Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Your account email; the student record you enter (student name, courses, credits, grades, texts and activities); and standard technical logs. Do not enter a Social Security number, a government ID number, or health information — nothing on these documents requires one. Payments are processed by Stripe; card details never touch our servers.

2. Retention

Generated documents and the record you entered are retained for 90 days after delivery so you can re-download and regenerate, then purged automatically. Purchase records are retained as required for accounting. Because this data concerns a minor in many cases, we keep it no longer than that window and never use it to train anything.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your student's record, and we never use it to train any model. It is used solely to generate your documents.

AI processing. To draft the school profile and the counselor letter, the notes you provide for those sections are sent to Anthropic (the Claude API) as a service provider, under terms that prohibit training on the data. Course descriptions are assembled by our own software and are never sent anywhere. We send only the notes needed for the section being drafted, and we do not send your student's date of birth, address or any identifier beyond the name you choose to include. No other AI provider receives this tenant's data.

Other infrastructure providers (hosting, payments, email delivery) process data only as needed to operate the service.
